​The iGen Challenge is for grades 7-12 central Okanagan public school students that want to innovate and engage with entrepreneurship. Students are guided through a start up process to create small businesses, find funding, build a network and make an impact in the innovation ecosystem in the Okanagan. Students receive mentorship and guidance from local businesspeople to help further their learning and passion.  Many young entrepreneurial minds in Central Okanagan Public Schools need coaching, mentorship and opportunity to innovate, the iGen Challenge has been created to meet this need. For over 30 years the iGen challenge has inspired countless young entrepreneurs, launched careers, and helped to shape the future of today’s students.
